Hello! I have always had a passion for all things health and fitness. I have decades of personal experience studying nutrition, diets, exercise, fasting, and health. I have personally tried various methods to achieve improved health and body composition.
A lot of what we now know works best and brings about sweeping personal health changes is very different to what was believed and recommended in decades past. Using approaches that current research has validated, I used ketogenic/carnivore diets and intermittent fasting myself to lose 30 lbs and five inches off my waistline. You can do it, too! Use my experience to save lots of time and frustration by avoiding wasteful and ineffective approaches to body recomposition, healing, and improved health. Then we schedule biweekly online meetings. I'll share tips for getting started, what you really MUST know about food and how different foods affect your body, how to break sugar addiction, how much to eat, how to keep adjusting your eating plan to keep progress coming, and how and why to use intermittent and extended fasting.
I'll provide ongoing motivation and education on various topics at our meetings, and we will review your progress and which, if any, changes need to be made to your plan. I will also try to respond ASAP to any email questions you have.
